Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes (heirloom if available)
  • 1 pound fresh mozzarella (buffalo mozzarella preferred)
  • 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions
